I got a Kindle For my Birthday

I was given a Kindle for my birthday. Now what, I was hoping to read some of my PDF ebooks on it but it appears they will need to be converted first. I will probably buy a note book instead to read my PDF ebooks.

Nice idea having a Kindle, ebooks are not very cheap, I am interested in what they might be available for free, so I have started a search for some free ebooks for the kindle and will put the links and any information on this blog, so the search starts here.
